However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please complete the returns slip enclosed with your order and send the item(s) within 7 days of receipt to: Nu Nu Maternity Wear (Returns) 7, Cheltenham Crescent Harrogate HG1 1DH We recommend that you use recorded delivery for any returns, as we cannot be held responsible for missing items. We regret that we cannot refund your postage costs on returned garments, unless they are faulty. Please allow ten working days for refunds to be processed. Please wait at least 2 weeks for refunds to show before calling us. We will send out any exchanged garments free of charge in the first instance. Any subsequent exchanges will be charged at our normal rates.
